General terms for using the AB Integrations Inc. website, hosted services, support, and professional services.

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to your use of AB Integrations Inc. websites, hosted services, support channels, professional services, and related materials, except where a separate signed agreement or order form states different terms.
2. Services
AB Integrations provides systems integration, custom software development, hosted software, telecom and billing operations tooling, automation, video monitoring software, cloud hosting, maintenance, and related professional services.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining authorized access, complying with applicable laws, obtaining required consents, and ensuring that your use of our services does not violate third-party rights or service-provider terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use our services to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, send malicious content, disrupt service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or process information that you are not authorized to process.
5. Third-party services
Our services may interoperate with third-party platforms. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, API changes, or data handling outside our control.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Software license
Where you access software provided by AB Integrations, your use is also governed by our End-User License Agreement unless another written agreement applies.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless a written agreement states otherwise. AB Integrations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to AB Integrations for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
