AB Integrations Inc.
Privacy Policy
How AB Integrations Inc. collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information for its websites, hosted software, support, and integrations.
Effective date: June 30, 2026
1. Overview
AB Integrations Inc. ("AB Integrations", "we", "us", or "our") provides systems integration, custom software, hosted billing tools, telecom operations tools, video monitoring software, automation, and related support services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our websites, hosted software, customer portals, support channels, and integrations, including accounting integrations such as QuickBooks Online.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that customers, users, or administrators provide to us, such as names, business contact details, account information, support requests, configuration details, billing records, invoice information, and other information needed to provide our services.
When software integrations are enabled, we may receive or process data from connected systems as directed by the customer. This may include customer records, invoices, payments, accounting identifiers, sync status, error details, and authorization tokens required to keep the integration connected.
We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, application logs, authentication events, and diagnostic data needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide, operate, support, secure, and improve our services; configure and maintain customer accounts; process billing and payment-related workflows; provide customer support; monitor service health; detect abuse or security issues; comply with legal obligations; and communicate about service changes.
4. QuickBooks Online and other integrations
If a customer authorizes a connection to QuickBooks Online or another third-party service, we use the connected data only to provide the requested integration features. For QuickBooks Online, this may include syncing customers, invoices, payments, accounting references, and sync status between the customer's billing environment and the customer's QuickBooks company.
Customers can disconnect integrations through the software where available or by contacting us. Disconnecting may stop future sync activity, but we may retain historical sync records, logs, and accounting references as needed for audit, troubleshooting, billing, legal, or operational purposes.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, support, monitor, or operate our services; to third-party platforms that customers direct us to integrate with; to professional advisors; to comply with law, court orders, or lawful requests; to protect rights, property, safety, and security; or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6. Payment information
Where payment processing is used, payment card or banking details may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers in our own systems.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, and customers remain responsible for managing their own user access, passwords, devices, and authorized integrations.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, support audit and accounting needs, and operate secure and reliable systems. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and service context.
9. International processing
AB Integrations is based in Canada. Depending on the services, hosting, support, or integrations used, information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Some requests may need to be made through the customer organization that controls the account. We may need to retain certain information where required for legal, security, audit, or legitimate business reasons.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through an appropriate service channel.
